She spent six years as VP of Brand Engagement at Hanson Dodge, one of Milwaukee's leading independent agencies, where she led campaign development, paid media, and content strategy with an annual media spend of $4.5 million. Her client roster included Stanley, Pelican Cases, KEEN Utility, K-Swiss, Medical College of Wisconsin, and the YMCA. She also built the agency's influencer marketing practice from scratch — including Stanley's now-storied influencer success story.
After Hanson Dodge, Sarah moved in-house as CMO for multiple organizations. At LMN, she grew the marketing team from five to thirteen, drove a 3:1 return on ad spend (the best in company history), and led the company through VC onboarding and the acquisition of two companies. At MDLifespan, she led triple-digit year-over-year growth and a national brand partnership with Gwyneth Paltrow, integrating content, commerce, and digital experience into a single cohesive campaign.
She's managed multi-million-dollar media budgets, built teams of up to fourteen, and led digital transformation programs for organizations that had been operating the same way for 125 years.
