Internal Optimization

The Operations Sprint

We'll map where AI can move the needle across your agency's operations. Then put it to work.

Discovery

Nate comes in, learns your agency's operation, and talks to your people. The output is a clear map of where AI can move the needle across your workflow — what's worth doing, in what order, and roughly what each would take. You own that document regardless of what happens next. If the AI Opportunity Map points toward a larger build, we can discuss.

02

Quick Wins

If something small and high-value surfaces during the engagement — a workflow Nate can automate, a tool he can configure, a process he can tighten with readily available AI — he'll build a working proof of concept on the spot. Real enough to show the value and understand the path. No extra scope, no extra cost. Anything larger, or hardening the prototype into production, gets scoped and priced separately.

03

Training & Handoff

Nate gets the right people at your agency oriented on the AI tools and habits that fit your work — power users, key players, or whoever makes sense. Then you get the AI Opportunity Map. We can do deeper team training or larger cohort sessions as a separate engagement, if needed.

Week 1 — Discovery
Day 1 Full day on-site. Nate talks to your people, observes your workflows, and asks the questions nobody's thought to ask. Pure intake — no conclusions yet.
Day 2 Morning solo: organizing notes and starting to shape the opportunity map. Afternoon back on-site for follow-up questions, deeper dives, and anything we didn't get to.
Week 2 — Analysis & Alignment
Day 3 Solo desk day. Building the opportunity map — prioritized by effort versus impact — and researching the right tools and approaches for the top items.
Day 4 Back on-site. The opportunity map gets presented, we get your reaction, and align on priorities. This is where we find out what's actually worth pursuing.
Week 3 — Quick Wins & Training
Day 5 Quick win implementation. If something high-value and lightweight surfaced in the audit, Nate configures it, builds it, and gets it working as a proof of concept. You'll see it run.
Day 6 Hands-on AI session with whoever you want involved — power users, key players, or anyone you want up to speed. Practical, not theoretical. They leave with something they can use. (Remote.)
Week 4 — Handoff
Day 7 Solo: finalizing the AI Opportunity Map — what was built, what's next, and clear enough recommendations that anyone could execute them with or without us.
Day 8 On-site presentation and handoff. We walk through everything, answer questions, and have the "what's next" conversation — whether that's continuing, a larger build, or taking it in-house.
